Printers that support on‑screen integration can load a printer agent to enable Celiveo 365 intelligence directly in the printer. Devices that do not support the agent rely on the Universal Printer Endpoint (UPE) to communicate with Cloud services and retrieve Documents through a secure workflow.

Celiveo 365 provides full access control for supported printers and multifunction devices (MFDs). The solution manages and tracks print, copy, scan, and fax operations through authenticated user sessions.

The printer agent is deployed automatically by the Celiveo 365 Web Admin (ABA) during the synchronization process. For printers that require UPE for Cloud service connectivity, the device’s on‑screen access configuration is applied and controlled by Celiveo 365. Access to devices is controlled by your access method of choice, eg: PIN code.
