Tracking and Licensing

Tracking is an essential part for the Celiveo 365 license management. Celiveo 365 licensing uses tracking data to determine the number of active license seats. A user is considered active if they perform any of the following actions after authenticating via Celiveo 365:

• Release or delete print jobs from MyCeliveo or at printer panel using Celiveo’s Printer Agent.
• Perform Celiveo 365 scan, copy, scan, or fax functions at the printer panel.
