First steps

Here are the first step to deploy and test Celiveo 365

Follow the below instructions to start using Celiveo 365:

Step 1 should already be performed, it is detailed here.

You have received a confirmation email about the subscription, providing the hyperlink for your Celiveo 365 web portal.
The URL format is https:// prefix .celiveo365.com
The administrator who subscribed to Celiveo 365 chose that prefix for your subscription portal, it is mentioned in the subscription confirmation email.

The administrator who subscribed can also retrieve that prefix by connecting to https://subscribe.celiveo365.com then clicking on “Sign in” on the top right corner.

*Note: Initially, only the privileged role administrator who made the subscription to Celiveo 365 is authorized to log in to the Web Admin.
To allow more administrators to access the Celiveo 365 Web Admin portal, add them by following the steps detailed in Managing admins.
