Celiveo 365 is a SaaS and therefore needs a subscription. Please read about the Subscription and Permissions before subscribing.

Step-by-Step Guide to Subscribing

Subscribing to Celiveo 365 through the Azure Marketplace follows a standardized process for SaaS offerings on Microsoft platforms.

Access the Azure Marketplace Portal:
Sign in to the Microsoft Azure Marketplace portal using an account with global administrator or sufficient subscription privileges.

Search for Celiveo 365:
In the Marketplace search bar, enter “Celiveo 365”
Or click directly on that link: Celiveo 365
Review the overview, features, and plans to confirm it aligns with your needs.

Select a Plan and Initiate the Subscription:
On the product page, view available plans (e.g., Free Trial, Cloud Print Edition, Enterprise Edition).
Choose a plan that suits your requirements and select “Get it now.”

Log-in again to Azure if requested, using an account with global administrator or sufficient subscription privileges.
The following screen appears, confirm the subscription to subscribe to:

Click on “Get it now”, a new screen appears.

Fill in required fields, the subscription name and resource group.
Enter the SaaS name that will appear in your Azure subscriptions blade.

Click on “Next >” to enter the tags you want, they help you retrieving subscriptions in Azure.
Click on “Next >” , review terms, including the terms of use and privacy policy.

Confirm contact details, billing details then select “Subscribe” to proceed.

A message will appear: “Your SaaS subscription is in progress.” Do not close the window until completion, which typically takes a few minutes.

Wait for the registration process to be complete as shown below.

Click on “Configure account now”.

The following windows appears, Celiveo 365 is supplied through WeTransact, a Microsoft Partner providing an easy Marketplace deployment service.

Celiveo 365 needs to know who is subscribing, to access his Azure tenant information and start the subscription process.
Here, the process just asks to read who the subscriber is.

Click on “Accept” to continue the subscription process.

  • Contact email address: enter a valid service email address that can receive notifications about the subscription. Avoid user email address as it could be discontinued
  • Celiveo 365 tenant name: enter the prefix your company administrators will use to connect to the Celiveo 365 portal, with the URL .celiveo365.com. You can user your company or another name, if that name is already used by another Celiveo 365 client it is declined
  • Contact name: the person in charge of the subscription
  • Contact role: the role of that person in the company
  • Address: the business address where that person works
  • Country: the country where that person works
  • Phone: the phone number for that person
  • Company using Celiveo: name of company using Celiveo, can be different from the subscribing company
  • Azure data center: select the country/region where your data will be processed
  • Migration ID: only fill that field if you are instructed to by the Celiveo support team

Click on “Confirm purchase” to validate the subscription.

The Celiveo 365 tenant for your company, with its dedicated SQL PaaS database, is under creation.
The process will take a few minutes and you receive an email from Celiveo once your tenant is ready.

Accessing the Celiveo 365 Web Admin Portal

The URL to reach the Celiveo 365 Web Admin Portal is unique to each client, it is built using the Celiveo 365 tenant name you chose during subscription “Celiveo 365 tenant name”.

The first connection to the Celiveo 365 Web Admin Portal must be performed by the administrator who has performed the subscription.
Only that admin can access the portal.
