Printers supported by Celiveo 365

Celiveo 365 supports printers in two modes:

• printers able to load an embedded agent, adding the Celiveo 365 intelligence Celiveo provides access control to the printer or MFP, controlling and tracking print, copy, scan, fax through a session opening. The embedded agent is automatically installed in the printers by the Celiveo 365 Web Admin ABA during sync process.

• printers without the Celiveo 365 embedded agent Celiveo is not installed in the printer but is able to deliver print jobs to those printers and monitor them using an UPE (Universal Printer Endpoint) IoT agent installed in the network and able to address that printer.

!Printers must have a static or reserved DHCP IP address on the local network to be addressable by the Celiveo 365 Web Admin ABA agent during configuration
