Sync/Installation

When syncing the HP FutureSmart printer, hover the mouse on the “Sync status” icon for that printer to get more information.

Verify the HP printer:
- Uses a FutureSmart firmware (this can be verified on the printer configuration page)
- Has the latest printer firmware loaded
- Has an EWS login/password defined, correctly documented in the printer settings on the WebAdmin screen
