It is possible to release print jobs on printers using two ways:
- by authenticating with ID Code/PIn on the printer screen
- by showing an employee badge to a card reader attached to the printer
- by using a mobile device with NFC to authenticate against Entra ID
What is usable depends from the kind of printer you have added to Celiveo 365.
