Overview
The Power BI Dashboard is an interactive report built into the Celiveo 365 Web Admin in Cloud Print and Enterprise Editions. It turns the print, copy and scan tracking data that Celiveo 365 records into totals and charts. You see how printing is used across your organization on one page, without exporting any data.
Use it to:
- follow print, copy and scan volumes over time;
- see what printing costs, and what deleted (unreleased) jobs saved;
- estimate the CO₂ impact of printing;
- find the users, printers and departments that print the most;
- compare sites, buildings or other groups, using your own tags.
Who it is for: administrators and report administrators who monitor printer usage, control print costs or report on environmental impact.

Open the Power BI Dashboard
Open the dashboard from the Web Admin top bar.
- Sign in to the Celiveo 365 Web Admin.
- In the top bar, click the Power-BI Reports icon — the last icon on the right.
The dashboard opens on one page, with the filter panel on the left.

- The Date filter uses the print date, not the date the job was sent.
- Jobs printed before 01/01/2022 are hidden. To see them, move the start date earlier.
- Jobs with no department are listed as a blank entry.

What you see depends on the View Data By button you clicked last.

- To sort, click a column header. Click again to reverse.
- A blank row = jobs with no value for the selected tag.
- Only printers with jobs in the selected period are listed.

Top users and Top printers count print and copy jobs only.
Common tasks
Click an item in any table or chart to filter the whole page to that item.

Job types
The job type decides which cards count a job.

Deleted jobs:
- are not counted in print, copy or scan cards;
- are counted in Savings and Saved CO2;
- still appear in the Cost card and in the pie.
How calculation works
- Pages card and pie total differ. The pie counts all job types, including scans.
- Dates use the print date. A job sent on 31 March and printed on 1 April counts in April.
- Cost shows $ for every currency. Different currencies are added together.
- CO₂ is a paper-based estimate. Consumed and Saved CO2 count about 18.6 g per sheet, for all job types, including scans. They do not use the CO₂ values configured per printer in Configuring the page cost and CO² impact.
- % Duplex counts jobs, not pages. Example: one 100-page duplex job + one 1-page simplex job = 50%.
- Top lists show 10 entries. Use the detail table to see all printers or tag values.
